Psychotherapy for individuals and couples

Sometimes we need a little help to understand and navigate the challenges we face in life, and in our relationships.

UKCP reg. & IPTUK accred. Psychotherapist

I‘m an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist with a Doctorate in psychotherapy and training in a variety of approaches including couples/relationship therapy.

I have over twenty years experience working in the NHS and in private practice.

I have online video session’s available at the moment. For online sessions, you will need a reliable device with a camera/mic, and a quiet, private space to talk, where you won’t be interrupted.

I take an inclusive, non-pathologising view of gender and sexuality and appreciate the vast array of gender, sexual, and relationship diversities (GSRD).

Approach

Hello, welcome to my website. I am a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist with a broad range of experience in the NHS and private sector. I’m accredited with the UKCP and IPTUK.

I‘m interested in a range of different theoretical ideas because all the approaches to counselling and psychotherapy have something valuable to offer. I recognise the importance of both evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence.

I work with adults (18+) individually or couples. I offer sessions via Zoom (video) or in-person, or a combination of both.
